The unnumbered leaves inserted after leaf 20 and after leaf 24, and the two leaves (numbered 41, 42) inserted before the final leaf have running title: Thomas's specimen. 1787.
Errors in foliation: leaves 32-42 misnumbered 30, 34, 36, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 41, 42, 42. In some copies, leaves 3, 27, 31 are misnumbered 2, 42, 13, and the last line of leaf 27 differs slightly.
