One of two variant issues. In the present issue, p. [18] has "A table, shewing the number of males and females in each state, with the excess of males and females." and "Patience recommended. Bolingbroke." The Table is included in the list of contents on the title page. In th other issue p. [18] has "Rates of coins. Established by an act of Congress, pass'd February 9, 1793, and which took place the 1st day of July following." and the title page of that issue includes "Rates of coins .." in its list of contents.

Two states of gathering C noted, differing in the lists of roads, p. [21-23].
