Note
Without the music compiled by Bickerstaff and Charles Dibdin.

Alterations attributed to "Lloyd" [i.e. T.A. Lloyd?] in the British Museum Catalogue.

Error in paging in some copies: p. 12, 13 misnumbered 14, 15.

Some copies were apparently issued with the titlepage from the first "new" edition, bearing the date: "Oct. 31, - M,DCC,XCII". The advertisements at end, however, point to a publication date after December 1792.
