Issued as the fourth title in some copies of: Cobbett, William. Porcupine's works. Vol. I. Philadelphia : William Cobbett, [1796-1798] (Evans 31948). Also issued separately (Evans 28434; Gaines 6a-b).

Two states of gathering H noted in the separate issue. In one (Gaines 6a) H is missigned G; in the other (Gaines 6b) it is correctly signed. The second state only appears in the collected Porcupine's works.
