The final leaf may be misbound in both the L and D copies as it refers to "the following odes". It also refers to other pieces "subjoined" to the odes which "add to the price as well as the bulk of the pamphlet". As the L and D copies are apparently bound with different pieces, it is not possible to determine which pieces 'More money!' was issued with until further evidence is received
