Printed in Caslon type; Spinney suggests that the use of Caslon indicates that Marshall was the printer, but it is not certain that Hazard always used Fry types, though he commonly did so
Price below imprint: Great allowance to shopkeepers and hawkers. Price 1d, or 4s. 6d. per 100, 2s. 6d. for 50, 1s. 6d. for 25
Two variants are known: 1) "Entered at Stationers' Hall." is printed below the price in black letter, in square brackets (overprinted with a heavy black rule in at least one copy); 2) not present. The title was not entered in the Stationers' Register
