Note
With an epilogue and two final advertisement leaves.

At foot of titlepage: "Price 2s. 6d. A superior edition, on fine wove paper, hot-pressed, price 5s.".

Evidence of differing press figures and broken "p" in "hot-pressed" in last line on titlepage suggests copies made up from mixed sheets.

Final sentence in Act 4, p. 64, reads: "No!---thought and memory are my hell."; variant: reads: "No living---thought and memory are my hell.".
