There are two settings of the second edition (The Library, vol.28, pp.309-318). This is setting "a"; in vol.1, p.2 line 2: an highland seer,; p.2, line 20: fortold. There are actually 3 settings of the second edition, only two are mentioned in The Library article. They are setting "a" and setting "?". Setting "a" is T55367, setting "?" is N3818, and the unmentioned setting is N42539.

In vol.2, numbers 157-168 are not used in the pagination; the text is continuous.
