Uncontrolled note

The BL 1715 edition has a 5p index which is complete. The GOT copy has an extra index of 2 pages. I think it should belong in all copies, even though the NUC entry is the same as the BL copy. The BL 1725 edition, a reissue of the 1715 edition has the 7p index
