A print of the Right Honourable Author, engraved by Mr. Houbraken , of Amsterdam, was intended to have been prefixed to his reports; but as it could not be done time enough for the publication, any person bringing this note shall have the print gratis, when it is ready, of which public notice will be given by the proprietor Wm Sandby. N.B. The bookbinder is desir'd to bind this between the blank leaves of the first volume before the Imprimatur." The number of the copy, viz. 740, is in MS. Wm. Sandby has signed the note in MS. immediately following the word "proprietor"
