Printed by William Bowyer; his records show 1500 copies printed of the '3rd' edition, i.e. the '2nd' and this, which is a reissue of the sheets of the 2nd edition with a cancel title; the letter to Brown was printed to be issued with the '4th' edition, with 500 additional copies, presumably to be made available to owners of earlier editions.
