'The conscious lovers' is printed for J. and R. Tonson and S. Draper, and H. Lintot, 1755; 'The funeral' is of the seventh edition and is printed for J. Tonson, 1734; 'The tender husband' is printed for Jacob Tonson, 1735; 'The lying lover' is printed for Henry Lintot, 1747, and is based upon 'Le Menteur' by Pierre Corneille.

In this edition, the third line of the imprint on the collective titlepage begins: Crane, and the titlepage ornament is floral.
