- Although the D copy wants the titlepage, the headpiece and format suggests that this was printed by Samuel Powell for George Risk between 1728 (when Samuel Powell took over his father's press) and 1740 (typographical and layout reasons). The same headpiece is also found in Steele's 'The tender husband', Dublin, printed by S. Powell, for George Risk, 1740, and is a framed cut with the sun in centre flanked by two cherubim; each himself flanked on both sides by a flower; there is a pair of flowers beneath the sun
