Uncontrolled note
Madan-Speck 165 claims an extra leaf, pp. 29-30, 'The replication of the Honourable House of Commons, to the answer of Dr. Henry Sacheverell.', "in some copies" but points at only one, the BL copy, E1990(1), and admits that this leaf is to be found with 'The reasons of those lords that enter'd their protest'; there is a copy of 'The reasons' in the same volume, E1990, without pp. 29-30, so the leaf in the 'Answer' is misbound and in fact belong to 'The reasons'?
