Each part has a separate titlepage, pagination and register.

The imprints vary: Nos. I - III are "printed for J. Knapton; Em. Matthews; J. Roberts; J. Harrison; and A. Dodd" and are dated 1718; nos. IV - XII have the same imprint as the collective titlepage, but nos. IV, V and VII are dated 1718.
