In copy catalogued the imprint has been removed and what appears to be a cancel slip bearing the imprint "London, printed by R.B. for Sam. Crouch, at the Corner of Popes-Head-Alley, near the Royal Exchange in Cornhill, and John & Benj. Sprint, at the Bell in Little Britain, 1715" has been pasted on.
