- The first volume issued as in nine parts, each with a separate numbered titlepage; the series with continuous register but not pagination, which is both interrupted by unpaginated titlepages and by the fact that the fifth part ends at p. 32 and the sixth part begins (after it unpaginated titlepage) at p. 31; the ninth part is dated 1761.
The second volume, also dated 1761, is in two parts; the titlepage of vol. 2 states it is "Part II" and its second part has on its titlepage "No. II of Part II", which unpaginated titlepage interrupts the continuous pagination of vol. 2.
