- Note
- In this edition the half-title bears an illustration of two coins; the 'ns' of 'Tonson' in the imprint falls under the 'L' of 'London'; and the work ends with "Einis" in most copies. Almost certainly a piracy, probably printed in Dublin for M. and R. Gunne (per communication from Christopher Edwards).
- Uncontrolled note
- The actual first edition has no illustration on half-title; 'on' of 'Tonson' under 'L' of 'London' in the imprint; and the work ends with "Finis"
