In this setting, the signature letter "A" of leaf A3r is under the "r" of "Chancellor," the first line of p. 456 starts "Printed and ends with "other" and there is a break in the inner rule of the title page underneath the "1710" of the imprint

Madan mentions that there are variants in this edition but he doesn't distinguish between them
