Purporting to be by Eginhardus, Abbot of Seligenstadt, but in fact a contemporary satire by Delarivire Manley, written as a continuation of her 'Secret memoirs .. From the New Atalantis' and later issued as the second part of that work.

The final key: 'A key to the second volume of the Memoirs of Europe' was issued separately in 1713.
