The first four subsidiary imprints read "London, printed for Iohn Clark, and Wil: Cooke, 1637."; the last four read "London, printed by B.A. and T.F. for Iohn Clark, and Wil. Cooke. 1637.".

In the British Library copy (formerly STC 3999), the date on the general title page has been altered by pen to 1638.
