"Three sermons, ad magistratum" has separate title page with imprint "London, printed by Richard Badger for Robert Dawlman, and Luke Faulne, and are to be sold at their shop .. 1636". "Three sermons, ad populum" and "Three sermons preached at St. Pauls London" each have separate title page with imprint "London, printed by R.B. for Robert Dawlman, and Luke Fawne .. 1637". Pagination and register are continuous throughout.

The additional sermons are reprinted from "Two sermons: the former, concerning the right use of Christian liberty .. The later, concerning the perswasion of conscience". Variant 1: with the title page and conjugate blank from STC 21710.3 inserted after 2O?. The imprint reads "London, printed by R.B. for R. Dawlman and L. Fawne .. 1636". Variant 2: this title page dated 1637.
