The title page, which is an insert, is engraved by William Hole, and includes the printer's name; the verso bears "Anagrammata regia". A1 is unreported. Variant: title page lacks printer's name; verso is blank, with "Anagrammata regia" on A1v.

Date of publication from colophon leaf, which reads: 1608. At London, Imprinted by Hnmfrey [sic] Lownes, and are to be sold at his house, on Bred-street hill, at the signe of the Starre.
