A reissue, with cancel title page, of the 1619 edition, which was printed by William Stansby; the title page was printed by Bernard Alsop and Thomas Fawcet (STC). Variant: cancel title has "degeneravion".

Signatures: pi1 [par.]?([par.]1,2 signed [par.]3,4) A-C? D?(±D1) E-3F? 3G?(-3G2). Since John King died in 1621, it is assumed the dedication printed as 3G2 should not be bound in this issue.
