Publisher's name conjectured by Wing CD.

A copy described in Christopher Edwards' "Twenty Five Association Copies", List 20, item 19, [n.d.], "is inscribed at head of title in the hand of the recipient: 'P[re]sentd. by Mr. C.R: son of Sr W. R[a]legh. 23 Mart 1648/'." The recipient, who has been identified as John Bradshaw, has given the year according to Lady Day dating.
