Includes, on p. 78, "A proclamation anent a solemn national fast and humiliation" (caption title), with colophon (perhaps just copied from the earlier printing of the proclamation) at foot "Edinburgh, printed by the heir of Andrew Anderson, printer to the King and Queens most Excellent Majesties. 1690."; There are three variants of this edition, apparently differing only in the elements of the title page. This variant reads "late General Assembly" and does not include a two-line quotation from Acts xix.32 above the "Licensed" statement
There are several different misnumberings of various pages, but all are internal errors only; the total of 78 p. correctly describes the number of pages
