Bowers (p. 84) writes that "a new title was impressed on blank A1 and the original A2 [i.e. of the 1678 edition] was cancelled", however in DFo copy the title leaf is conjugate to A4. MH copy unknown. Verify if t.p. is conjugate with A4 in other copies. MH copy has "complete. in manuscript after Tho. Rymer, Esq; on title page
