Note
The leaf following first p. 104 is blank. In another issue this leaf is followed by the title page for part 2, the two leaves presumably being [A]1 and [A]2. In the issue being catalogued here, the blank has been retained but the title page removed.

With a final errata leaf.

"A legall and historicall vindication of the fundamentall, rights, and laws of England. Chap. III." begins new pagination on ?B1 and "To the ingenuous unprejudiced reader" (introduction to part 3) begins new pagination on A3 (there being no preceding quire A's in the Huntington Library copy, copy filmed and catalogued).

A reissue, with new title page, of Wing P3954 (parts 1 and 2; 1655) and P4102 (part 3; 1657). Wing P4063 (part 1) is also in the same setting.
Uncontrolled note
Verify that other copies of this issue have this title page. T.p. in CSmH copy (copy catalogued) appears to have been added from another copy, perhaps from another setting of this work. Copy catalogued lacks internal title pages for parts 1, 2, 3. It also lacks the 72-page preface published with the separate edition of part 2 (Wing P4072). Verify that in this issue these title pages and preface to part 2 are always lacking. Pagination statement from CSmH copy
