"A geographical description of all the countries in the known world" has separate dated title page, pagination, and register. Although usually found issued with this edition of "Mirrour or looking-glass", it was apparently also issued separately (Wing C4517).
"A true, and faithful account of the four chiefest plantations of the English in America" has separate pagination beginning on 7A1, and title page dated 1670.
"Examples of the wonderful works of God in the creatures" (caption title) has separate pagination and register.
