A new method, wherein a plain and easie way is set forth, to employ all the poor and idle people in England, and thereby to enrich the nation. Pursuant to the King's most gracious speech, before both houses of Parliament, assembled at Westminster, the 9th day of December 1698. In which the projector plainly shews, by undeniable reasons, and demonstrable propositions (which have been approv'd of by several the honourable members of that august assembly) that the profit of so good a vvork, will, in a short time, amount to above ten millions a year, clear gains to th king.
