"A discourse concerning excommunication" has a separate undated title page with imprint "... printed for Robert Clavell at the Peacock..."; pagination and register are separate, and according to Wing it was first issued in 1684. Part II of "An historical vindication ..." also has separate dated title page, pagination, and register.

Each of the three items in this work appear to have been issued separately as well as issued together.
