The second impression" has separate dated title page, pagination, and register. Although the first edition of this work was published separately in 1678 (Wing M1238), the "second impression" was not (Evans 275; Wing M1239; Holmes 89-B).

Leaf I2 and the last leaf are blank.

A variant (Wing M1190) has "printed by John Foster" in imprint.
