Note
With a preliminary order to print from the Royal Society dated: Octob. 21. 1675; the order states that the book 'be printed by the assigns of John Martyn printer to the Royal Society for Walter Kettilby'; despite the reference to 'assigns', Martyn is attested as printing through 1680 and seems more likely the printer than John Macock, to whom Wing attributes the printing. The same order to print appears in some copies of John Worlidge's 'Vinetum Britannicum', 1676, 'printed by J.C. for Tho. Dring ... and Tho. Burrel'
