'The gentlemans calling' has a separate titlepage with imprint: "London, printed anno Domini 1682". 'The ladies calling .. The sixth impression.' has a separate titlepage, with imprint: "Printed at Amsterdam, 1682".

Volume 2: 'The cause of the decay of Christian piety. Or an impartial survey of the ruines of Christian religion, ..' has a separate titlepage with imprint: "London, printed anno Domini 1682". 'The lively oracles given to us. Or, the Christians birth-right and duty', with separate titlepage, has imprint: "Printed in the year of our Lord, 1682". 'The government of the tongue. ..
