Englands petition to the two Houses assembled in Parliament. Or An humble petition of the distressed and almost destroyed subjects of England: to the two Houses. Containing (in the judgement of the wise) the very sense of all the true hearted of the kindome [sic]; but because the way to their Highnesse eare is stopt, it was sent to Oxford, and there printed, and afterwards presented to the Houses, by N.R.

Wing suggests Oxford as place of publication but, according to Madan, it is "no doubt printed in London ... possibly for William Webb". The Huntington Library copy has "Oxford" just above the imprint written in the hand of the original purchaser, the Earl of Bridgewater.
"A rare reprint of [Madan] no. 1390, not vice versa, as may be deduced from the mistakes in the quotation on p.7 which in this issue is mangled through ignorance ('opprohia', 'diei', 'referri')"--Madan.
Annotation on Thomason copy: "June 26th".
