A corrected reprint of the other 1678 edition; D4r has side-note "Mezeray." Quire A is reset, and quire B is in a different setting from either of the two settings found in the first printing (B2r line 10 ends "Mo-" ("M" normal italic)). At least quires D and C inner have bee reimposed.
