The safeguard of sailers: or, a sure guide for coasters. Describing the courses, distances, soundings, sands, rocks, and dangers: the bayes, rivers, ports, buoys, beacons, and sea-marks, &c. Upon the sea-coasts of England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Flanders, Holland, Jutland, and Norway. Also the flouds and ebbs, and setting of the currents, with directions for bringing a ship into the principal harbours, on the said coasts. Collected out of the newest and largest wagoner, and confirmed by the practice and experience of many able pilots and sea-men, now published for the common good. In this edition are added two useful sea-charts, one of the North-Sea, the other of the Channel.
