Originally published in 1692 as: Miscellaneous discourses concerning the dissolution and changes of the world.

With an added, unpaginated half-sheet signed *? which states at head of *1r, "Place this half-sheet next after p. 132 [i.e. 162] before the 3 plates" (i.e. between M1 and M2), and states correctly at foot of *4v, "Place this before Tab. [i.e. Plate] II, p. 162". Plates II III, and IV all have "Pag 162" engraved in upper right corner. Leaf *4v bears descriptions of the plates.

Apparently position of quire * varies from copy to copy, and if it does not follow M1, its position should be specified in EHO
