Leaf C4 in two states: (1) C4r ends "FINIS" with no catchword and C4v bears the two "annexed" orders of the House called for on title page; or (2) C4r lacks "FINIS" and has catchword "My" and C4v bears 9 additional lines of Pyms speech, followed by "FINIS" and an order to print.
