Tax on income. The Court of Common Council of the city of London, having taken into consideration the injuries which may arise to individuals from the execution of certain parts of the income act, have resolved on an application to Parliament, for a clause to be inserted i the bill now pending in the House of Commons, to oblige the assessors, and all other persons concerned in carrying the said act into execution, to be solemnly sworn to secrecy:
