The imprint is false; printed in London. "The first edition appeared in 1742 (Jones), and this particular edition probably appeared between 1742 and 1745, if not later. It is a counterfeit edition, printed in England (probably London), as is more than obvious by not only the paper, type, signatures, woodcut decorations .. but by the fact that press figures appear throughout" (Dawson).
