Debates in the Irish parliament, in the years 1763 and 1764. To which is added, an enquiry how far the restrictions laid on the trade of Ireland, by the British acts of parliament are a benefit or advantage to the British dominions in general, and to England in particular, for whose separate advantage they were intended; and remarks, in case a free woolen trade should be granted, with observations on the illicit trade of smuggling wool to the continent; a scheme to strive to prevent it, and at the same time to acquire such a knowledge of the sea-coast as might be useful in case of an invasion. Likewise, an address to the gentlemen concerned in the woollen commerce of Great-Britain; and particularly to the members of parliament for the several counties, cities and boroughs, connected with those manufactures.
