Slater (  ), junior, bookseller in London, Holborn, 1756. In the London Evening Post of August 3rd, 1756, is the announcement of his marriage to Miss Preston of Ramsgate, at St. Lawrence's Church, Thanet. He may be identical with Henry Slater (q. v.). [Ed. note: these are not in fact identical.]
