• Thomson, Thomas. The tryal of Thomas Thomson and Lavinia Whitney, on an indictment for a conspiracy, in procuring one William Gibson, a sawyer, to personate Mr. Samuel Brooks, an eminent grocer, and marry the said Whitney, in his (the said Brooks) name, with a view and intent to subject him to the payment of her debts, and force him to allow her a separate maintenance.
