WRIGHT (GRIFFITH), printer in Leeds, co. York., New Stret End, 1754(?)–1818. Printer of the Leedes Intelligence. Amongst other works from his press were A Collection of Hymns and Spiritual Songs, 1769, made by John Edwards, minister of Leeds [B.M. 3436. bbb. 28], and in the same year An Historical Account of ... Pontefract and Elizabeth Moxon's English Housewifery. [Seet Copperthwaite, G.] Wright died October 28th, 1818. [Timperley, p. 869.]
